Conor Sparks

Conor Sparks
Admitted as a Solicitor in 1977, Conor Sparks is the Managing Partner of the Firm and leads its Litigation and Commercial team.

Conor has a great deal of experience in all areas of Litigation, including, personal injuries, employment law, and dispute resolution.

Conor, a keen sportsman, having previously trained as an Accountant, is actively involved in a number of charities, both locally and internationally and is a member of the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association.

Conor is also a Commissioner for Oaths and a Notary Public.

Shane Dowling

Shane Dowling
Admitted as a solicitor in 1992, Shane is head of the Firm’s Property Department. He has extensive experience in all aspects of Property Law, advising private clients (ie investors and owner occupiers), developers and commercial clients.

He also practices in the area of Wills and Estate Planning, Taxation and Dispute Resolution.

Shane is actively involved in the Skerries Chamber of Commerce and local sports and community organisations, and is a member of the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association.

Donogh McGowan

Donogh McGowan
Admitted as a solicitor in 1996, Donogh leads the Firm’s Family Law and Employment Law Departments.

He also advises clients in relation to all aspects of District Court appearances, including Criminal Offences and Road Traffic Offences.

Donogh, a great-nephew of the Firm’s founder G L McGowan and a son of the late Joe McGowan, is an active member of the Balbriggan Chamber of Commerce, Balbriggan Rugby Club and is a member of the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association.

Donogh has also trained as a collaborative law practitioner and is a member of the ACP (www.acp.ie)

Jason O’Sullivan

Jason O’Sullivan
Admitted as a solicitor in 2007, Jason joined the Firm in that year and has extensive experience in the areas of Probate and Civil Litigation.
